Enterprise Companies nears closeout at 1400 Museum Park

With five new towers comprising hundreds of new condominiums, The Enterprise Companies’ can offer something for just about any buyer looking for a new home near the green fields of Grant Park and the museum-lined shore of Lake Michigan in Chicago’s South Loop.

The lone one-bedroom / one-bath left in the building is an 839 square-foot, west-facing home on the west side of the tower’s 18th floor.

Every residence at the Pappageorge / Haymes-designed tower has 9-foot ceiling heights; floor-to-ceiling windows; hardwood floors in the living / dining areas, kitchens, and foyers; carpeting in the bedrooms; and private balconies or terraces.
